The layout of Koh Koon Villa has been carefully thought through to maximise the full potential of this unique hilltop land.   The main building is linked to the four pavilions by stone pathways that perfectly blend into the natural surroundings. The giant granite boulders have been turned into beautiful garden features.

The main pavilion comprises of the communal living space, as well as the Master bedroom, library & business centre. The open-plan living & dining area has oversized sofas, a solid wood dining table which comfortably seats 18 guests, serviced by a built-in bar and accompanied by excellent food prepared by the in-house chef in the country kitchen. The main house also boasts great entertainments such as a pool table, foosball and dartboard.

The kitchen is state of the art, fully equipped ready for the experienced chef to prepare his delicious dishes for you.

Wooden stairs lead from the living area up to the mezzanine floor where you’ll find the library & PC desktop should you feel the need to catch up on work.

The master en-suite bedroom with stunning sea views is just off from the library, complete with private terrace & outdoor shower.  Set below the main living area is a multi-purpose room, used mainly as the TV-lounge which includes a PS4, DVD player as well as movies accessible via the villas network & hard disk. The first children’s bedroom with four single beds is also located in this level.

The remaining 6 bedrooms of Koh Koon villa are set within the other 4 pavilions. The Mountain View pavilion houses two en-suite bedrooms, one withs a queen size bed, the other with twin beds.

The Sea View pavilion comprises of 2 inter-connecting bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with twin beds ( ideal for younger children ). The Kika pavilion is one en-suite bedroom on its own with queen size bed. The Alex pavilion also houses two en-suite bedrooms with a spacious children’s room down stairs with four single beds. All pavilions have private terraces with seating, perfect for privacy for the communal living area.

Situated in the center of the garden below the main house, the infinity-edged swimming pool with breathtaking sea views across the bay. The swimming pool is sunken into the wooden deck with plenty of space for the sun-loungers and deck chairs. The pool bar, a separated dining sala and a covered pool loung offers shaded seating from the sun or to enjoy a movie on the 3 meter widescreen projector.

The beautiful landscaped garden is great for the children to run and play with additional activities such as table tennis, petanqu boules court, creative outdoor games and a putting green.
